The Upward Bound Program at the Colorado State University-Pueblo provides basic skill enrichment, counseling and motivation for 80 students from District 60 and 70.

Our mission is to help eligible participants from low income, first generation backgrounds graduate from high school and enter a college of their choice.

The Upward Bound Program has been housed at the Colorado State University-Pueblo for over 33 years and served over 2,300 participants. Our objective is to increase graduation rates and to decrease the dropout rate in the Pueblo target area.
